Alexander Buzlov (1983–2020)
On 8 November 2020, Alexander Buzlov died very unexpectedly.
As the winner of the 2010 competition, he would’ve opened the (postponed) Grand Prix Emanuel Feuermann 2020 on 16 November 2020.
We cannot believe that this brilliant musician, great cellist and remarkably special, warm-hearted person is no longer with us.
